About Wade R. Poziomka

Wade practices employment law in Hamilton, Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. Wade regularly appears before Courts, Boards, and Tribunals, representing employees who have encountered issues in their employment, including wrongful dismissals.

Wade graduated with his law degree (Juris Doctor) from the University of Toronto in 2010. In 2013, Wade earned his Master of Laws, an advanced law degree (LL.M.), from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, where he received high honours and graduated within the top three students within his program. Prior to attending law school, Wade obtained his Master of Arts in Labour Studies at McMaster University.

Wade worked for the International Labour Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, with Guido Raimondi (Legal Advisor of the ILO). Following law school, Wade was employed by Justice Robert Sharpe of the Court of Appeal for Ontario researching and updating his book entitled Injunctions and Specific Performance, and Stephen Waddams, Professor at the University of Toronto, updating his book entitled The Law of Damages.

Wade is the recipient of a number of awards, including the Volunteer Service Award from the Province of Ontario and the 40 Under Forty Achievement Award from The Business Link of Hamilton and Halton.
